I worked with many clients who had people sitting in the wrong seats, little to no training systems in place, nonexistent or total disregard for core values, and challenges with leadership.  I am able to provide expert advice, analyze problems, and implement immediate solutions. There's nothing more fun for me than rolling up my sleeves and getting to work solving a problem.
