Melissa Johnson, Operations Expert and Entrepreneur
In 2003 I began my journey as an entrepreneur, co-founding a real estate investing company and expanding it into a profitable seven figure business with the help of a small and efficient team. In addition to investing in real estate, I also have co-founded and been a part of multiple REI tech startups and masterminds. Eventually my passion for business and helping others led me to coaching, then consulting, where my hands-on approach has helped businesses from all over the country move towards sustainable growth through documented systems and empowered teams. My superpowers are identifying and solving problems through process evaluation and improvement, building awesome teams, and helping business owners become leaders that support and motivate their team to achieve great things. I am also a member and frequent contributor to the Forbes Business Council, where I enjoy sharing information with other members of the business community.
